There seems to be a break down when it comes to billing practices. The site implemented a policy of charging $5.00 per account for each late payment. This sounds practicle in practice; however, I began to get billed $5.00 each month when my I had a credit card on file. This has happend for the past two months. I cancelled two accounts but continue to have charges taken out for them. My accounts where quoated at one price but somehow the price charge were more.
