As a recently departed, but long standing customer, I would strongly warn anyone away from hosting with Webservepro. The issues have been numerous and repeatedly badly handled.

My site was hacked repeatedly due to WSP failing to use up to date software. This was consistently failed to be addressed until after the fact. The supposed 24/7 tech support involved someone reluctantly getting out of bed to deal with their server having being breached by invaders.

Recently the hard drive failed on one of the WSP machines. The supposedly daily backup files were 6 days old, and corrupted. In the words of the WSP tech support, my files were 'like swiss cheese'. This led to the complete loss of my CGI back end and SQL database. It took over 24 hours to restore email access, and my data is irreversably gone.

When I confronted Erika, the owner, about this repeated incompetence, and asked how the situation was to be remedied to the point where my trust in WSP could be restored, she started name-calling, and slammed the phone down, twice.

I asked another member of staff for cancellation of account and a refund, and was refused this as Erika had not authorised it.

WSP have shown absolute incomptence, followed by the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. There are some very good, talented people working at WSP, most notably Dawn and Jeff. Unfortunately, they are hamstrung by the failure of Erika to manage this talented team.
