Apollo is the worst company I have worked with to date and I have worked with some bad ones. Their tech department is obviously outsourced overseas. The representives are difficult to hear and even more difficult to understand. Furthermore, they are not armed with real technical know-how...only canned responses. Their technical representives have deleted our website twice and have failed to resolve issues we have with e-mails...three months later. The technical representives back themselves into a corner with their own ignorance and then attempt to lie in order to get out. It is the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with.
