Having recently set up a Diamond PRO Account with your company I had a minor reason to call tech support. following this I then had several mutual phone calls and e-mails regarding the setup of the account and general server access etc. I must say that even as a customer who hasn't had time to properly start using the service I am Extremely impressed by your Staff and Support service !
